I recently had the opportunity of participating in a two-day workshop on Employee Value Proposition (EVP), facilitated by Mrs. Le Guen from Consultrad.
I must say, it was a truly successful, insightful, and engaging experience.
Over the course of the workshop, we delved deep into the intricacies of EVP, focusing on its pivotal role in shaping our organizational promises. What truly resonated with me was the emphasis on designing an EVP that reflects our commitments.
Mrs. Le Guen brilliantly underscored the importance of managerial engagement and organizational dedication in this process. Moreover, she skillfully highlighted our accountability towards both current and prospective employees.
